We ship original artworks worldwide from Poland.
Shipping method
All artworks are shipped using professional courier services with:
- Full tracking
- Protective packaging
- Insurance covering the full value of the artwork
All artworks are shipped fully tracked and insured.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate based on destination and are shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated shipping times
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Customs, duties & import taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs declarations (for international buyers)
For customs declarations:
- HS Code: 9701 (Paintings, drawings, pastels executed entirely by hand)
- Country of Origin: Poland
Damage during transit
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. All shipments are insured, and we will assist you promptly.
Returns (original artworks)
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged.This is standard in international art sales and is in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Tax disclaimer
The seller is based in Poland and is not VAT-registered.

- VAT is not charged or collected on sales
- VAT invoices are not issued
For deliveries outside the European Union, the buyer may be required to pay import VAT or customs duties according to local regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
